Guten tag! Today we have taken a journey around Munich by bus to see the historical palace sights. Students were impressed by a brief walk in the woods around the Residenz, the summer home of German royalty. Further in the day, we explored the city of Munich after witnessing the glockenspiel at noontime. Outdoor markets, churches, and small cafes made the afternoon wholly enjoyable. Additionally, the general consensus seems to be that our final dinner, schnitzel, ended up being a fan favorite amongst our travelers. Tomorrow we say goodbye to Germany, Switzerland, France, and Europe as a whole as we begin our return home to the United States of America.
