Students who are interested in playing a fall sport should attend the first practice day on Monday, August 22. All students must have a current physical in hand, a completed concussion form and an assumption of risk form. The physical and concussion form must be done annually; the risk form must be done once during the student’s high school years. All forms are on our Athletics page. Student athletes cannot try out without all forms turned in.

 

The practice times are as follows:

Girls Volleyball
Tryouts will be August 22-24 in Alumni Hall. The schedule is as follows:

August 22: Juniors and Sophomores—10 am – 12 pm
Seniors and Freshmen—12 pm – 2 pm

August 23: Seniors and Freshmen — 10 am – 12 pm
Juniors and Sophomores — 12 pm – 2 pm

August 24: All grades — 10 am – 12:30  pm

Boys Soccer
All Grades—3 pm – 5:30 pm @ McKinnon-Alves Field

Girls Soccer
All Grades—2 pm – 4 pm @ McKinnon-Alves Field

Girls Tennis
All Grades—4 pm – 5:30 pm @ Slater Park

Cross Country
All Grades—2:30 pm – 4 pm @ Alumni Hall

Football

Practice began on August 11, and continues daily (except Sundays) 8 am – 12:15 pm, through August 23. Double sessions will be on Aug. 18 and 20, with the additional session from 2:30 – 5 pm. Practices will be from 1 – 5 pm on August 24 and 26, and 2 -5 pm on August 25. Students should report to Alumni Hall. The first scrimmage will be at Mt. Hope, 2 pm, on August 22.

 

Practices for the rest of the week will be discussed at the first practice.
