The award-winning Drama Club is pleased to present “Little Women,” with music by Kim Oler and lyrics by Alison Hubbard, and book by Sean Hartley.

“Little Women,” by Louisa May Alcott, is the story of the March family living in New England after the Civil War, depicting the lives of four sisters—Jo, Meg, Beth and Amy—as they deal with poverty and grow into adulthood while coming to understand women’s place in society at that time. The classic novel is a semi-autobiographical account of Alcott’s own family.

For the Saint Raphael Academy production, Jo will be played by Sarah Dube, Meg will be played by Jenny Sullivan, Beth will be played by Sarah Langlois, and Amy will be played by Maddi Cocca. Other cast members are Jack Rigley (John Brooke), Jarrell Gomes (Laurie), Ryan Sutherland (Mr. Laurence), Emily Darling (Marmee), Katherine Lynch (Aunt March), Michael D’Ordine (Father), Lifan Deng (Professor Fritz Bhaer) and Cara Mia Costa (Mrs. Kirke). Members of the ensemble are Raquel Brissette, Meghan Clark, Gabrielle DaCunha, Grace Gomes, Fifi Greene, Faith Lambert, Kaleigh Poirier and Theresa Wagner.
