For information regarding tuition, fees, and payment plans, please see the 2010-2011 tuition, fees, and tuition assistance brochure.

Academic Scholarships:

.
Academic Scholarships are awarded by the Academy to the applicants who earn the highest scores on the entrance test and have grades commensurate with their ability. Recipients of these awards will be notified in their acceptance letters.

Need-Based Financial Aid:

.
Approximately 65% of our student body is currently receiving some form of need-based financial aid. Need-based financial aid is provided by Saint Raphael Academy and the Diocese of Providence.

In order to be considered for need-based aid, applicants must complete an application with FACTS, a company hired by the Diocese to evaluate a family’s financial need.

As of November, 1, 2010 applicants can file an application with FACTS for the 2011-2012 academic year. The Academy strongly encourages all applicants to complete this application online at www.FACTSTuitionAid.com. However, a mail-in application can be obtained from the Business Office (contact information appears below).

Applicants are encouraged to complete an application with FACTS as early as possible. However, it is of the utmost importance that an application be completed by mid-February 2011 as the availability of need-based aid sharply decreases after that date.

Applicants will be informed of their need-based financial aid award for the 2011-2012 academic year by March 18, 2011 (provided the application was filed by mid-February).

If you have any questions about your FACTS application please do not hesitate to contact members of our Business Office or FACTS directly at 1-866-315-9262.

For more information about need-based and other sources of financial aid please see the 2010-2011 tuition, fees, and tuition assistance brochure.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the applicant to apply for financial aid annually.
