Accepted Student Information
Are you a recently accepted Saint Raphael Academy student? If so, congratulations and welcome to the SAINTS family! This is certainly an exciting time for you and your family and we look forward to welcoming you to the Academy in the fall of 2017.
For the past 90-plus years, Saint Raphael Academy has been a Catholic high school in the tradition of the Brothers of the Christian Schools. It is a school where students are welcomed, inspired, and challenged. Students are not just names on the attendance list. In the charism of St. John Baptist de La Salle, we strive for the total development of the individual student. Students are offered a robust college preparatory curriculum, premier athletic opportunities, and award-winning arts instruction. Your chance to become part of the Academy’s tradition of invitation, inspiration, and innovation now stands before you.
Visit Our Campus
If you haven’t yet had a chance to visit the Academy as a Saint For A Day or to tour our campus, then we encourage you to learn about how you can visit our campus here and to call the Admissions Office at extension 116 to schedule your visit.
In order to reserve the seat offered to you with your acceptance, you must return a 2017-2018 New Student Registration Form and a $500 non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee to Saint Raphael Academy. Failure to return this registration fee and form may result in the loss of your seat and any accompanying financial aid and/or scholarship to another qualified candidate.
If you are interested in or have questions about applying for need-based financial aid, please click here to learn more about our financial aid application process. If you have not yet applied, we encourage you to apply as soon as is possible; the deadline for applications is February 14, 2017.
In order to ensure proper class placement for all new incoming students in foreign language and mathematics, placement tests will be held on a Saturday in April. Those students who qualify for either or both tests will be notified after registration.
New Student Welcome Night
Incoming students often have many questions about the upcoming year. What is the uniform like, and where do I get one? Where and when do I buy books? What are the school rules? What classes am I going to be taking? How do I sign up for a club or sports team? In order to answer your questions and provide you the information you will need to successfully transition into the Academy, a New Student Welcome Night will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2017.
For those who are looking to outfit their students in Saints gear, you can find whatever you are looking for at our school bookstore, located in Alumni Hall and open before school (7:30-8:00 am) and after school (2:30 to 3:00 pm). There are also sweatshirts, jewelry and other items for current students sold by our Alumni Office.
